How To Get That "Brilliant" Artistic Finish in Just Three Steps.

Make sure the surface is clean and free of dust.
Stir contents thoroughly and apply first coat with a foam brush or a paintbrush. Let Dry.
Sand lightly. Apply second coat. Depending on the intensity of the color and the type of wood, another coat may be desired Now you are ready to enhance your finish with an accent.

Finishing Tips and Suggestions

A brown paper bag can be used for sanding between coats. Blending of the accents will achieve the ultimate in decorator finishes. Accents can be applied using various methods. An inexpensive, stiff bristle brush will give you that beautiful "streaking effect". A simple household sponge works well for that popular "sponging effect". Loosely crumpled plastic wrap can be used for "mottling", applying accent and dabbing up excess finish. Wiping or dabbing with a rag or cheesecloth achieves a "ragging effect".
